EBCA Presentation @ Groundswell NW Mtg. / March 14

Mayor McGinn at last year's Groundswell NW annual meeting

Mayor Mike McGinn is holding a Town Hall Meeting next week right here in our own backyard! How could he make it any easier to meet him and also check out what our City Departments and local volunteer organizations (including the east ballard community association and our good friends, Groundswell NW) are currently up to. I encourage you to take a little time out of your evening, come by and say hi at the ebca table, spend some time hanging out with your neighbors and bring your hard-hitting questions for the Mayor. Oh, and if you wanna earn some civic creds, hang out with us at the booth and help extol the wonderful virtues of our neighborhood!

I’m part of a group of graduate students at the Evans School of Public Affairs at UW and we’re conducting a Public Safety Survey for Mayor Mike McGinn. Let the Mayor know what you think about the safety of Ballard and the SPD.

The Mayor’s Press Release can be found here: http://www.seattlechannel.org/news/detail.asp?ID=11565&Dept=48

And a link to the survey can be found here: http://seattle.gov/publicsafetysurvey/

Thank you for your participation.
